Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Users are entitled to request a refund for any services that they have not received.
- The refund amount will be returned to the user using the same payment method.
- In the event that a modification or cancellation of services is required, Emirates Roadside Assistance will inform you accordingly.
- Any service cancelled by Emirates Roadside Assistance will receive an automatic refund.
- Should a cancellation occur due to reasons related to Emirates Roadside Assistance or its driver, the customer will not be responsible for any fees.
- Emirates Roadside Assistance retains the sole discretion to establish and modify fees for all services or products acquired through the use of its services.
